The "big three" of the North American Union are getting their heads together again for the third round of planning for the uniting of Mexico, the United States and Canada next month. Howard Phillips, Chairman of the Coalition to Block the North American Union plans to be on hand with others to challenge this union at a news conference.
The third Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America summit meeting is scheduled for August 20 and 21 in Montebello, Quebec (located east of Ottawa) at the Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello resort. Jerome Corsi reports that the meeting has received almost no mention in the U.S. mainstream media. We want our people to be enlightened. These summits are no doubt of far greater importance and far-reaching significance than we might realize.
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is scheduled to host the Quebec summit which Mexican President Felipe Calderon and U.S. President George W. Bush are planning to attend. The first of these meetings was held in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005. The second S.P.P.summit was held in Cancun, Mexico, in March 2006.
The purpose of this "partnership" was officially "designed to increase the competitiveness of North America and the security of our people." We believe the competitiveness (emphasis ours) refers to the N.A.U. in its future competition with the 27 states of the European Union since this had been predicted as grounds for uniting the nations of this hemisphere. This agreement was never submitted to our Congress for consideration, but rather "working groups" were implemented through the U.S. Department of Commerce to advance a North American Union.
At a news conference announcing the SPP summit, Prime Minister Harper issued a statement claiming that, "We share a continent with the United States and Mexico, and our people, our economies and our security are closely interconnected." Are they? When did the American people ever suggest that we were to be blended with the Mexicans and Canadians? Mexico is a nation of poverty, corruption, narco-terrorist organizations, kidnappings, and illicit courts. Canada is increasingly an anti-Christian nation, encouraging multiculturalism and a Muslim haven for potential terrorists.
Protests of Canadians and Americans are scheduled by those opposing the union of our three countries. "Canadian activists have protested 'The North American Future 2025 Project' undertaken by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington-based think tank that plans to present its research results to the U.S. Congress and the Canadian Parliament before the end of the year. Canadian activists have argued a major goal of the CSIS study is to identify Canadian oil and fresh water as continental 'North American natural resources' which under SPP, could be diverted to U.S. cities without fair compensation to Canada," reports WorldNetDaily 6/20/07. Another Canadian group is making similar charges concerning oil and water resources, as well as charging the United States with seeking to draw Canada into the war in Iraq.
Our American opposition should center around the central fact that such a union with other countries would be a surrender of our sovereignty as a nation and the end of U.S. Constitutional government as we have known it. Americans must recognize that the ultimate plan of these leaders now, as in years past, is the formation of a New World Order (World Government). David Rockefeller, among others, has admitted that he is partaker of this plan and is proud of it.
Americanists should be incensed to realize that our supposed "conservative" president is promoting this union without the consent of Congress or the American people. To my mind, this is an impeachable offence about which our people should be informed and Congress should be considering. A constant barrage of communications with our Congressmen and Senators voicing strong opposition and consideration of impeachment of the president is in order.
Other Canadian groups planning protests are the Alliance for Peace and the Council of Canadians, both of which believe that Canada is being pressured into further military spending and harmonization with the United States. The Council of Canadians maintains that only industry 'stakeholders' have been consulted and that secrecy surrounds the SPP's program which "left the public in the dark." The Canadian Action Party has endorsed the demonstrations in Ottawa or Montebello stating: "If we fail to mobilize sufficiently, the three amigos will think they have a blank cheque."
In a memo from the Coalition to Block the North American Union, Howard Phillips has urged us to be present with him at Montebello, Quebec, "so that we can use the occasion for a news conference denouncing plans for the SPP-NAU policies being advanced by the Bush Administration." Perhaps you can attend this protest in August. Contact us for further information.
