Look closely, it is rare that we carry an article of this nature—rare that someone is willing to speak the truth AS IS without mincing words.  But rare, as well, that mixed in with the hilarity of the article is the somber reality that American Empire is unable or unwilling to face the enormity of her crimes and misdemeanors as depicted in this tragic tome of despair—leaving but a fleeting exhortation to repentance and possible hope.

You will reflect upon Dave Brownlow’s summation either with disgust or satisfaction that the truth, though glaringly shocking, is still ominously prescient in its cascading conclusions—America’s wont.

Don’t think this is a political endorsement—no, our intent is NOT to take this exposure and incite genuine patriotism nor is it an allusion to activism, as if this reflection encourages us to retrieve the irretrievable, to forestall the inevitable—but it does convey the heart of an American who we feel symbolizes many a good folk who in the midst of Babylon (i.e., “confusion”) attempt to come to terms with these deplorable conditions the best they know how.

To us—many of us—we hear the agony, the rhyme and retreat to sarcasm embedded in his remarks . . . the faint glimmer of a better day.  Yet, we are not visiting a time “when good men do nothing, evil triumphs” – no, ours is one of ultimate hope in the very midst of this endless chain of evil, because our Messiah holds us close that we may testify of that better time beyond these immediate and hopeless tragedies.  “My kingdom is not of this world” – and never could such a delineation be more obvious than confronting the immediate expressions what you will behold herein . . .  AS IS!

A friend of mine recently shed his corporate handcuffs, sold everything he owns, and moved to a small island in the Caribbean. His parting words as he left were, "Man, I am so outta here!"

There are mornings when I wake up wondering how much more of this I can take. Between watching our burgeoning police state expand at an exponential rate, to having my oldest son getting his butt shot off in some Iraqi hellhole - it is tempting to think of packing this all in and hightailing off to some remote corner of the world.

However, as much as I would rather be lounging on some white sandy beach with my lovely wife, I feel compelled to stay here and fight this one out. This happened on our watch, and we cannot leave this mess for our kids to clean up.

The enormity of the challenge we face can seem overwhelming at times. An already difficult task has been made next to impossible with the sad revelation that instead of the praying Christian we thought we elected in 2000, our President has turned out to be a liar and a murderer, like his father the devil. That will probably sound a little harsh to some, but it is too late in the game to pussyfoot around the truth any longer, so I am just going to say it like it is.

If George Bush were the only one attempting to stampede our nation over a cliff, we'd have a chance of putting up some real opposition. But unfortunately, most of those who rule alongside him seem to share his diabolical death wish. Not a good sign.

The enemies of freedom have pulled off an amazing feat by convincing the American people that there are two opposing political parties – when in fact, we are living under one party rule. To hide that reality from the people, they keep us so busy chasing after the symptoms, (and our tails!) that few are even able to identify the disease that infects our nation - which is that a gang of bloodthirsty criminals have seized control of our government. Fighting the symptoms without treating the disease will eventually kill the patient.

The Symptoms of a Dying Republic:

Since the beginning of the Republican Revolution of 1994, 15,000,000 American children have been murdered in the abortion holocaust, with the death toll increasing at the rate of 3,400 dead babies every single day - while "pro-life" Republicans never lifted a finger to stop it - phony partial birth abortion bans not withstanding. May God have mercy on us.

Lawlessness pervades from every level of our federal government, which has more in common with a criminal enterprise than it does anything even remotely resembling a legitimate government. Anyone attempting to resist the latest governmental whim will quickly find themselves confronted by a heavily armed, increasingly belligerent federal police force that has ballooned to nearly 100,000 strong.

As if thuggery at the federal level was not enough, the phony "war on drugs" and the "war on terror" have morphed our local police forces into paramilitary fighting units armed with; helicopters, armored vehicles, SWAT teams, snipers, machine guns, grenades, body armor, infrared

detectors, command and control systems, and electronic surveillance, along with what is often a seriously bad attitude – all of which is made available as a force multiplier to the feds, without question, whenever they really want to knock some heads.

Illegal federal spending has skyrocketed across the board, with nearly 85 cents of every dollar stolen from us going to fund literally thousands of unconstitutional programs. As our wealth is drained away from us, our national debt continues to explode - to upwards of 60 trillion dollars when all the unfunded liabilities are added in. This spiraling debt is a time bomb just waiting to go off.

The staged attacks of nine eleven spawned the avalanche of lies that were used to justify our invasion of Iraq, a country that never threatened to harm us. As our military is being transformed (rather poorly) into an imperialist fighting force, deployed in 142 of the worlds 192 countries, we have left 160,000 of our finest soldiers stranded in a deadly quagmire - their only apparent mission is to avoid getting killed as the generals force them to wander aimlessly around a vast Iraqi shooting gallery.

Silly little slogans designed to pacify the weak-minded have replaced any real dialog with those who rule us. "We must support our troops" and "It is better to fight them over there rather than over here" are two of the classics. Many still cling to the notion that Iraq was involved in 9/11. Call it "mission accomplished" for a government education system that continues to churn out an annual crop of fearful, obedient servants.

The military industrial complex, aided by the 100,000 or so contractors and mercenaries they have in Iraq, is cashing in on the half a trillion dollars we have spent raining carnage down on the Iraqi people.

Another convenient outcome of nine eleven - for the enemies of freedom - is the major assault that is being aggressively waged against the Constitution, resulting in illegal wiretaps, email snooping, airport strip searches, along with a huge increase in federal spying into just about every facet of our lives. The NSA/CIA/FBI domestic spy ring is completely out of control, posing a far greater threat to our freedom than any wandering band of desert Bedouins could ever hope to.

The unprecedented increase in domestic spying - or more correctly, domestic treason - was accompanied by the loss of our right to habeas corpus - which means we can be arrested without being charged, and hauled off to a secret prison - possibly one located in a country that has even less aversion to torturing prisoners than we do. For anyone classified as an "enemy combatant," there is no right to counsel, and no right to a trial. Secret evidence and forced confessions may be used against those imprisoned. To that end, there are enough indecipherable new laws and restrictions such that any one of us could be caught up in the "Fatherland Security" net without ever knowing what we did wrong - which is exactly the intent.

Lies and propaganda pour out of nearly every talking head in Washington, which is spoon fed to us 24 hours a day by a compliant media - with shows like Fox "News" bearing a stronger resemblance to Pravda, the former Soviet Union's propaganda arm, than anything like real news reporting.

A private banking cartel, called The Federal Reserve, created nearly 5,000,000,000,000 (that's five trillion!) Federal Reserve Notes - out of thin air - since January 2000. This desperate attempt to prop up the failing American empire was in reality a five trillion dollar hidden tax. The counterfeiters got rich, while we got ripped off. Unbelievable.

After just a few months in power, the Democrats have already proven they are just as useless as the Republicans. (Like we ever had any doubt!) Our political system has degraded to such a sorry condition that we are left with the equivalent of two competing crime families running our government, each side vying for the right to grab a bigger slice of the plunder. As part of the scam, they masquerade as a two party political system. A Hillariod administration is looming just over the horizon.

Corporate robber barons often take home tens of millions a year in salary, while our government encourages them to move their family wage jobs to countries that will provide the equivalent of slave labor. The biggest losers in this cozy little deal are the American people, along with our manufacturing base, which has been left in ruins.

We continue to burn Middle Eastern oil at an unsustainable rate, ensuring that we will be bogged down there for decades to come. This, while Detroit is building cars that get fewer miles per gallon than a Model T got one hundred years ago. The solution? The federal government is handing out incentives to pull corn out of the food chain for use as an ethanol feedstock - which is produced at a net energy loss! Brilliant, just brilliant.

Exxon/Mobil, with $40 billion in profits last year, comes out the big winner in all this confusion - which is probably why they, and the rest of their corporate cohorts, continue to bribe nearly every congressman who skulks the halls of Congress.

This battle is no longer about defending our freedoms, it is about winning it back. Anyone with even half a brain can see that a moral and economic tsunami is barreling toward our shores, yet God's people sit in their government incorporated, 501C bribed, Caesar worshipping churches - where conniving shepherds teach that Romans 13 commands them to bow down before, and swear allegiance to, the gang of violent criminals who have seized control of our government. Clearly, trying to serve two masters has been a disaster for those who claim to be followers of Christ.

I often wonder if it will be God's own people who will be the most enthusiastic supporters of the antichrist if he will only spout off enough godblessamericas.

While we were cowering beneath our covers, hiding from the Islamic bogymen they told us was lurking under every bed, we let our real enemies overrun our camp undetected - and they have completely trashed the place. Our freedoms and our way of life are just a false flag attack away from being completely annihilated.

The hour is late, very late. But if we are willing to repent before God for the sins of our nation - for the warfare and the murders - and regain the spirit of independence and self-sacrifice upon which this country was founded, there may still be time to pull this one out of the fire.

That today's Christians appear to be among the most gullible people on the planet seems to be a gigantic understatement. For example, it was just a couple or three decades ago when the largest and most influential churches in America were pastored by strong Bible men: men who preached hard against sin; men who didn't try to tickle ears and didn't mind stepping on toes; men who were not afraid to call civil and business leaders to account; men who called a spade a spade. Those days are gone.

Today, the largest and most influential churches are pastored by fluff-daisies such as Joel Osteen, Bill Hybels, and Rick Warren: men who preach entertainment evangelism, political correctness, and feel-goodism. Today's largest churches share absolutely nothing in common with America's historic revival-style churches. How can Christians be so gullible to fall for these snake oil salesmen?

Consider, too, how so many Christians seem to consider President George W. Bush's "war on terror" to be bona fide and legitimate. Yet, this escalating and never-ending "war on terror" is doing more to ruin America than anything Osama bin Laden could ever dream about.

The war in Iraq is not only depleting our military readiness, it is facilitating America's entrance into fascism and even endangering our economic stability. According to the Congressional Budget Office, Bush's "war on terror" will soon cost U.S. taxpayers over $1 trillion. Private economists say the actual figure will double that prediction. It is no hyperbole to say that Bush's war in Iraq has America teetering on the brink of economic recession or worse.

Beyond that, Bush's "war on terror" has convinced Americans (including many Christians) that they need to surrender more and more liberties in order to be "secure." And for those Democrats who expected that their party's congressional victories last November would help thwart Bush's insidious infatuation with fascism, they didn't. Congressional Democrats have caved to the Bush "surrender your liberties or face terrorism" hysteria time and again. In fact, just before breaking for their current recess, Democrats in Congress approved Bush's latest request to expand warrantless wiretaps and eavesdropping.

Bush's war is also working hand in glove with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) blueprint for a North American Union, including a NAFTA superhighway and an increase of imports from Communist China. In fact, Jerome Corsi reveals that the bridge collapse in Minneapolis last week could be largely due to the extra burden of trucks coming from Mexico, per Bush's SPP agreement with Mexico and Canada. [Read]. If this is true, and I suspect that it is, we can expect to see more of this in the months to come.

Even Newt Gingrich, a globalist insider himself, said that Bush's war on terror is "phony." [Read]

Consider, too, that in spite of a dangerous lack of inspections of all products imported from China (including food products) President Bush is determined to increase imports from the communist country. His administration is now even working to loosen restrictions against poultry products from Red China. This is being done in spite of the dismal track record of China's health standards. One could even say that China's food imports may be poisoning Americans. And not only does this administration not care, it is in the process of assisting this atrocity.

Plus, this does not even take into account how Red China is supplying weapons and ammunition used to kill American soldiers and Marines, or how it is obtaining much of Iraq's oil, or how this "president, proudly bestowing upon himself the title of 'war president,' supports trade policies with China that actively undermine the national security interests of the United States and our armed forces." Neither does it take into account "that under the administration's prevailing trade policies, America's chief export to China consists of U.S. jobs, which are disappearing at an estimated rate of 2,250 per day." In spite of all this, (and a whole lot more), Christians still support Bush in large numbers. How can they be so gullible?

I believe one of the reasons, if not the main reason, that Christians are so gullible lies in a mistaken, and even dangerous, intrinsic trust of government. I hear and see this attitude expressed among my brethren constantly.

Part of this problem stems from an illogical and unscriptural interpretation of Romans Chapter Thirteen. Christians have been drilled (and dare I say, brainwashed?) into believing that government is endemically good and should be thoroughly trusted. Of course, this was not the belief of America's Founding Fathers, and neither was it the belief of Church Fathers.

In fact, our entire system of government is predicated upon a deep-rooted DISTRUST of government. Our three branches of government stem from the suspicion that no one branch could be thoroughly trusted and must have at least two other branches to help keep it in check. Yet, even that was not considered enough of a deterrent to combat the propensity of government to become tyrannical. What the separate branches of the federal government could not do to police each other, the states and people were to do. In other words, if Christians were really good Americans, they would distrust, not trust, their government.

Of all people, Christians should understand the fallen nature of man: that man in a sinful state is capable of anything (unless they attend a "Purpose Driven" church, of course). How is it, then, that they cannot seem to comprehend the evil machinations of people in high office? Are they totally taken in by the "I am a Christian" façade so many politicians use? Perhaps.

However, I believe that constant preaching from milquetoast preachers instructing their people to trust their government is the main culprit. The lack of discernment and courage of America's pulpits is frightening. They have produced a generation of Christians incapable of understanding, much less opposing, the manifestations of evil and oppression.

I doubt that most American pastors have even heard of, much less read, R. J. Rummel's book, Death By Government, in which he factually documents that more people have been murdered by their own governments than by all of the world's terrorists, gangsters, and outlaws combined. They have probably never read Frederic Bastiat's book, The Law. They have never read Erwin Lutzer's book, Hitler's Cross. I'm sure they have never heard of or read the book Vindiciae, Contra Tyrannos, one of the most famous of the Monarchomach treatises ever written, which advances a systematic justification of resistance against legitimately constituted political authority. I doubt that they have ever read William Rawle's A View Of The Constitution, Secession As Taught At West Point, etc.

In other words, most American pastors are unschooled and untaught in the finer points of Biblical authority, the doctrine of jurisdiction, the causes and necessities of civil disobedience, constitutional government, natural law, etc. As such, they have not taught and trained their congregants to be good Christians, much less good Americans.

In short, Christians are blind and gullible because our pulpits are blind and gullible. As the shepherd goes, so go the sheep.

In 1938, William Dodd, ambassador to Germany, sent President Franklin Delano Roosevelt the following message:

"A clique of U.S. industrialists is hell-bent to bring a fascist state to supplant our democratic government and is working closely with the fascist regime in Germany and Italy. I have had plenty of opportunity in my post in Berlin to witness how close some of our American ruling families are to the Nazi regime.... A prominent executive of one of the largest corporations, told me point blank that he would be ready to take definite action to bring fascism into America if President Roosevelt continued his progressive policies. Certain American industrialists had a great deal to do with bringing fascist regimes into being in both Germany and Italy. They extended aid to help Fascism occupy the seat of power, and they are helping to keep it there. Propagandists for fascist groups try to dismiss the fascist scare. We should be aware of the symptoms. When industrialists ignore laws designed for social and economic progress they will seek recourse to a fascist state when the institutions of our government compel them to comply with the provisions."

In 1933, Marine Corp Major General Smedley Butler was approached by a cabal of influential American bankers and industrialists working under the umbrella of the front group, American Liberty League. Their request of Butler: that he lead a 500,000 strong force of rogue veterans in a coup against FDR and the legal American government. The intent of this cabal, already supporting the efforts of Hitler and Mussolini in Europe, was to instill a government not unlike that of Hitler and Mussolini in the United States.

Butler went along with the scheme until he was able to ascertain who the participants were. He then blew the whistle on this group before the House Committee on un-American Activities. For his efforts, Butler was ostracized and black-balled by the mainstream media; his testimony before the House Committee on un-American Activities was omitted from the record. The cabal was never brought to justice, but the coup was foiled.

Who were the American bankers and industrialists involved in this plot to overthrow the legal government of the United States? According to Wikipedia, while most of the funding came from the Du Pont family, participants included U.S. Steel, General Motors, General Foods, Standard Oil, Birdseye, Colgate, Heinz Foods, Chase National Bank, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

And among the participants in this coup attempt was one Prescott Bush, father of George Herbert Walker Bush, 41st president of the United States, grandfather of George W Bush, current president of the United States. Prescott Bush was not only instrumental in bringing Hitler to power in Germany, Mussolini to power in Italy, but was also plotting to overthrow the legal government of the United States and establish a fascist state here. Prescott Bush served as a Senator from Connecticut and was a partner in the prominent investment banking firm Brown Brothers Harriman.

Fruit very seldom falls far from the tree. In 1992, George Herbert Walker Bush, responding to a question from the late Sarah McClendon about Iraq-gate and Iran contra, stated, “…if the American people ever find out what we have done, they will chase us down the streets and lynch us.” Touché!

It was from the lips of George Herbert Walker Bush that the American people heard the phrase, “New World Order.” And America watched as GHW Bush passed the reins of power to his “good friend who is like a member of the family,” William Jefferson Clinton, who then passed the reins on to George Walker Bush in what can only be termed a fraud-ridden election, re-elected for a second term in the same manner.

Under the reign of George Walker Bush, we have watched him wage war on America, the American people, and American sovereignty; we have watched him institute executive order after executive order in his pursuit of absolute power, labeling himself “the decider” while the American legislative branch does absolutely nothing to curtail his abuse of power. His actions mirror those of Hitler in his quest for power in Germany.

And just like Hitler, Bush is using fear to keep the American people supporting his un-American activities, starting with the events of September 11, 2001. And every time Bush wants something more, another threat emerges and Congress and the American people, with few exceptions, fall in step. Yet the greatest threat to the American people, American sovereignty, the American way of life sits in the White House, not in Iraq, not in Afghanistan, not in the Middle East.

And if the reins of power are passed from George Walker Bush, which many at this point have serious doubts will happen, given Bush’s ability to wage war on the American people through terrorism and the American people’s willingness to blame the same on foreign born terrorists, that power will be passed, by corrupted balloting if necessary, to Hillary Rodham Clinton, protégé of self-avowed Marxist Saul Alinsky, who, in his book, Rules for Radicals, paid homage to Lucifer as “the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom.” (1971; Vintage Books; dedication page) Prophetic, indeed!

This past week we saw the collapse of the 35W bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Those in the know are ware that this bridge is part of the I-35 NAFTA Super Highway Corridor, bisecting the United States; providing transport on Mexican trucks of foreign cargo from the NAFTA port in Mexico through the United States to Canada and points east and west along that corridor. Later this month, Bush will meet with his Security and Prosperity Partnership counterparts from Mexico and Canada, President Felippe Calderon and Prime Minister Steven Harris, to further the dissolution of the United States, Canada and Mexico into the European Union style regional world government entity, the North American Union.

Unlike the quick disposal of the Murrah Building and the WTC complex in New York, both the targets of “terrorist activity”, the 35W bridge still lies in the water with the National Transportation Safety Board, the FBI, state and local officials mulling over the scene and promising that the reason for the failure will be found.

Remember, this is the same NTSB that did the flight simulation of the plane supposedly inbound to the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, for the FBI; the simulation that when studied by pilotsfor911truth.com using the flight data recorder information provided by NTSB, found that the plane in question actually over flew the Pentagon by 300 to 400 feet! Not only this, but that the simulator as provided by NTSB showed the plane on a different inbound trajectory than the path that supposedly sheered five light poles. When questioned about these obvious anomalies, the NTSB had “no comment.” Imagine that!

In the case of the 35W bridge, government officials knew the bridge was structurally deficient; that the bridge needed work; but did nothing to correct the problems. The government can lose 2.3 billion dollars into a black hole in the Pentagon budget, money that has never been accounted for in the six years since September 10, 2001; the government can spend trillions on an illegal and unconstitutional false flag invasion of Iraq; but the government can’t fix bridges that provide access for the average American worker until after those bridges collapse and the resulting deaths become political fodder for talking heads such as George Walker Bush. It took the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate all of 48 hours following the collapse of the 35W bridge to write, introduce and pass HR 3311, providing $250 million to rebuild the 35W bridge. What is the worth of the lives lost because of government negligence?

Will the American people ever be told the truth about why the 35W bridge collapsed or will the government, in a CYA move so typical when wrong-doing is apparent, move to cover its tracks, obfuscate the issue, and provide no real answers? One has to wonder when people like W. Gene Corley, senior vice president of CTL Group, an engineering firm, who helped investigate both the Murrah Building and the WTC, are involved. Both sights were scrubbed as quickly as possible, with no criminal investigation, leading any reasoning individual to the conclusion that the government definitely had something to hide.

Adding insult to injury in the collapse of the 35W bridge, George W Bush, on August 4, 2007, before the microphones in Minneapolis, Minnesota, quipped, “God Bless the people of this part of the world.”

True to form, King George, or is has “the decider” now become World Emperor George?
