Welcome Back The Spotlight 'O Terror
Green - Low: This setting is here just as a reference point. DHS will never use it because it would mean we didn’t need them anymore.
Blue - Guarded: This rarely used setting on the Stoplight ‘O Terror could indicate things like an undocumented worker within 3 square miles of the president.
Yellow - Elevated: This is the standard level of fear. Don’t expect to see anything lower than this as long as the Regressives are in office. Be scared, but not too scared to vote Republican.
Orange - High: Chertoff heard that someone in the CIA’s brother’s boss’ nephew’s sister-in-law heard about a plan to blow up Amish Country Popcorn Factory in Berne Indiana. It’s ok to pee your pants at this level.
Red - Severe: A terror attack was recently narrowly averted. We can’t release any details but just be thankful we saved your asses. Used frequently before midterm elections. See October Surprise. (Oh My God, Take Away My Freedoms and Protect Me From Them There Terrorists, Like Osama Hussein!!!)

Congressman Ron Paul, MD - We've Been NeoConned

1984 radio broadcast:
Romanian Catholic Diocese of Canton
Office of the Bishop
March 7, 2003
Beloved brothers and sisters in our Lord, Jesus Christ,
Great Lent, which we now begin, is traditionally a time in which we take stock of
ourselves, our lives, and the direction in which we are headed. In the common language of
the Catholic Church, it is a time for a deep “examination of conscience” as we fast, pray,
and otherwise attend to the call for repentance issued by the Church for the forty days
before we celebrate the Resurrection of her savior, Jesus Christ.
A serious examination of conscience requires that we recognize that there are times
in the life of each Christian when one’s faith is seriously and urgently challenged by the
events taking place around him or her. Like it or not, these challenges show us just how
seriously—or not—we are living our baptismal commitment to Christ. Most of us, most of
the time, would prefer to keep our heads in the sand, ostrich-like, than to face truths about
ourselves. This is why the Church has found it so vitally necessary to have seasons, such
as Lent, during which we must pull our heads out of the sand and take a good, hard look at
the world around us and how we are living in it.
We cannot fail, as we examine our consciences, to take into account the most
critical challenge presented to our faith in our day: the fact that the United States
government is about to initiate a war against the people of Iraq. For Romanian Catholics
who are also United States citizens, this raises an immediate and unavoidable moral issue
of major importance. Specifically stated the issue is this: does the killing of human beings
in this war constitute murder?
The Holy Gospels reveal our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ to be nonviolent. In
them, Jesus teaches a Way of life that his disciples are to follow, a Way of nonviolent love of
friends and enemies. However, since the latter half of the fourth century the Church has
proposed standards that, if met, would make it morally permissible for Christians to depart
from that way in order to engage in war. These standards have come to be known in
popular language as the “Catholic Just War Theory.”
According to this theory, if all of the conditions it specifies are adhered to, the killing
that is done in fighting a war may be justifiable and therefore morally allowable. This theory
also teaches that if any
one of the standards is not met, then the killing that occurs isunjust and therefore morally impermissible. Unjust killing is by definition murder. Murder
is intrinsically evil and therefore absolutely forbidden, no matter what good may seem to
come of it.
The Church teaches that good ends do not justify the use of evil means. The
Catechism of the Catholic Church
states this principle succinctly: “One may never do evil sothat good may result from it.” (1789) One contemporary example of this would be abortion.
Abortion is intrinsically evil; hence regardless of the good that may seem to issue from it, a
Catholic may never participate in it.

Paragraph 2309 of the
Catechism of the Catholic Church states: “The strictconditions for legitimate defense by military force require rigorous consideration.
Thegravity of such a decision makes it subject to rigorous conditions of moral legitimacy
”(emphasis added). Since war is about the mass infliction of death and suffering on children
of God, Christians can enter into it and fight in it only if the war in question strictly meets
all the criteria of the just war theory, and only if these same standards are likewise
meticulously observed in the course of fighting the war. Vague, loose, freewheeling,
conniving, relaxed interpretations of Catholic just war theory and its application are
morally illegitimate because of “the gravity of such a decision.”
“The evaluation of these conditions of the just war theory for moral legitimacy
belongs to the prudential judgment of those who have responsibility for the common good,”
states the
Catechism. (2309) However, the nation-state is never the final arbiter or authorityfor the Catholic of what is moral or for what is good for the salvation of his or her soul.
What is legal can be evil and often has been
. Jesus Christ and his Church, not the state, are the ultimate informers of conscience for the Catholic.
This is why the Church teaches as a norm of conscience the following: “If rulers
were to enact unjust laws or take measures contrary to the moral order such arrangements
would not be binding in conscience.” (
Catechism 1903) She also warns “Blind obedience [toimmoral laws] does not suffice to excuse those who carry them out” (
Catechism 2313).When a moral conflict arises between Church teaching and secular morality, when
contradictory moral demands are made upon a Catholic’s conscience, he or she “must obey
God rather than man” (Acts 5:29).
Because such a moment of moral crisis has arisen for us, beloved Romanian
Catholics, I must now speak to you as your bishop. Please be aware that I am not speaking
to you as a theologian or as a private Christian voicing his opinion, nor by any means am I
speaking to you as a political partisan. I am speaking to you solely as your bishop with the
authority and responsibility I, though a sinner, have been given as a successor to the
apostles on your behalf. I am speaking to you from the deepest chambers of my conscience
as your bishop, appointed by Jesus Christ in his Body, the Church, to help shepherd you
to sanctity and to heaven. Never before have I spoken to you in this manner, explicitly
exercising the fullness of authority Jesus Christ has given his Apostles “to bind and to
loose,” (
cf. John 20:23), but now “the love of Christ compels” me to do so (2 Corinthians5:14). My love for you makes it a moral imperative that I not allow you, by my silence, to
fall into grave evil and its incalculable temporal and eternal consequences.
Humanly speaking, I would much prefer to keep silent. It would be far, far easier for
me and my family simply to let events unfold as they will, without commentary or warning
on my part. But what kind of shepherd would I be if I, seeing the approach of the wolf, ran
away from the sheep (
cf. John 10:12-14)? My silence would be cowardly and, indeed, sinful.I believe that Christ, whose flock you are, expects more than silence from me on behalf of
the souls committed to my protection and guidance.
Therefore I, by the grace of God and the favor of the Apostolic See Bishop of the
Eparchy of St. George in Canton, must declare to you, my people, for the sake of your
salvation as well as my own, that any direct participation and support of this war against
the people of Iraq is objectively grave evil, a matter of mortal sin. Beyond a reasonable
doubt this war is morally incompatible with the Person and Way of Jesus Christ. With
moral certainty I say to you it does not meet even the minimal standards of the Catholic
just war theory.

Thus, any killing associated with it is unjustified and, in consequence,
unequivocally murder. Direct participation in this war is the moral equivalent of direct
participation in an abortion. For the Catholics of the Eparchy of St. George, I hereby
authoritatively state that such direct participation is intrinsically and gravely evil and
therefore absolutely forbidden.
My people, it is an incontestable Biblical truth that a sin left unnamed will
propagate itself with lavish zeal. We must call murder by its right name: murder. God and
conscience require nothing less if the face of the earth is to be renewed and if the salvation
offered by Our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ is to reach all people, including us. We
have no choice before the face of God but to speak unambiguously to the moral situation
with which we are confronted and to live according to the Will of Him who gazes at us from
the Cross (
Catechism 1785).Let us pray for each other and take care of each other in this spiritually trying time.
To this end our Church is wholeheartedly committed to the support of any of our members
in the military or government service who may be confronted with situations of legal
jeopardy due to their need to be conscientious objectors to this war. Let us also pray in
earnest with the Mother of God, who knows what it is to have her Child destroyed before
her eyes, that the destruction of families, lives, minds and bodies that war unleashes will
not take place.
Finally, my brothers and sisters in Christ, be assured that Our Lord is aware that
our “No” to murder and our prayers for peace are our faithful response to his desires. He
will remember this forever and ever, and so it is to him we must now turn, in him we must
now trust.
Amen.

Arkansas GOP head: We need more 'attacks on American soil' so people appreciate
Bush
Josh Catone
Published: Sunday June 3, 2007

In his first interview as the chairman of the Arkansas Republican Party, Dennis
Milligan told a reporter that America needs to be attacked by terrorists so that
people will appreciate the work that President Bush has done to protect the
country.
"At the end of the day, I believe fully the president is doing the right thing,
and I think all we need is some attacks on American soil like we had on [Sept.
11, 2001]," Milligan said to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, "and the naysayers
will come around very quickly to appreciate not only the commitment for President
Bush, but the sacrifice that has been made by men and women to protect this
country."
Milligan, who was elected as the new chair of the Arkansas Republican Party just
two weeks ago, also told the newspaper that he is "150 percent" behind Bush in
the war in Iraq.
In his acceptance speech on May 19th, Milligan told his fellow Republicans that
it was "time for a rediscovery of our values and our common sense."
The owner of a water treatment company, Milligan was a relative unknown in
Arkansas politics until being elected the party chairman. He had previously
served as the party's treasurer and the Saline County Republican chair.

| Another "must read" article by Tennessee's Tom Kovach Republicans: the 81-percent exodus Rogue elephant chasing voters to the Constitution Party Tom Kovach June 3, 2007 It seems that President George W. Bush is working hard to help the Constitution Party these days, much as President Bill Clinton drove voters to the Republican Party in record numbers back in 1994. In the wake of Friday's report about the Republican revolt over immigration , a companion WorldNetDaily poll shows some noteworthy results . As of Saturday morning (02 Jun 2007), 24 hours after the news broke, an eye-opening 81 percent of Republicans considered themselves part of the "revolt." Of those, more than a third favor the "creation" of another political party. (That's 38 percent of the 81 percent.) The total number of respondents was more than 3,300, which is more than triple the number of respondents for most "reliable" political polls. ![]() Image source: The Catholic Knight blog Sadly, far too many American voters still think that there are only two political parties from which to choose. In reality, there are eight parties recognized by the Federal Election Commission at the national level (Republican, Democrat, Constitution, Libertarian, Reform, Green, Socialist Workers, and Communist). There are dozens of parties at the state level across America. (For example, I was previously an official with the Conservative Party of NY State. Although I've been a political conservative since the early 1980s, when Ronald Reagan shined the light of reason into the misguided liberalism of my youth, I have never been a member of the Republican Party — not even when I ran for Congress on the GOP line last year.) If one adds the county-level, single-issue, and single-candidate parties (yes, in some states that is legal), there are approximately 200 political parties in America today. (According to research that I did in 1998, today's number is about half of what it was during Bill Clinton's presidency.) Of the six smaller national parties, only one has a nationally recognized member that is capable of actually winning the White House. That party is the Constitution Party, and that member is Dr. Jerome Corsi . He is the author of numerous books — including Unfit for Command, which kept John Kerry out of the White House during the 2004 elections. He is also the columnist that exposed President George W. Bush's scheme for a Security and Prosperity Partnership that could disintegrate America as a sovereign nation. The SPP agreement is the paperwork foundation for the North American Union. The planned NAU has even some long-time Republicans using the words "Bush" and "traitor" in the same sentence with the word "impeach." The SPP and its NAU offspring are part of the fuse that lit the implosion of the Republican Party. Were it not for the dogged research and reporting of Dr. Corsi, the NAU juggernaut might have already rolled much farther along its intended course — well below the radar of most American voters. This time last year, Dr. Corsi warned America about the NAFTA Super Corridor, which is a key part of the "nuts and bolts" of the North American Union. As a demonstration of the "kinder and gentler" nature of American voters, it has taken an entire year (instead of a week) for Republicans to "vote with their wallets" regarding the Bush sellout. But, now that the divorce proceedings have begun, one can expect the rift to continue widening until the Grand Old Party becomes simply Gone Out to Pasture. Doctor Corsi has also warned the American public about Iranian efforts to build nuclear weapons , the nefarious Dubai Ports World takeover (including the trail back to Bush family money), and more shady Bush cronyism in his choice for attorney general and in a Supreme Court nomination. Speaking of the Supreme Court, Dr. Corsi also asked why didn't President Bush appoint a real conservative as Chief Justice? And, when President Bush sent more troops to Iraq (while ignoring the security of America's borders) it was Dr. Corsi that warned about Iranians stirring trouble by crossing Iraq's border. In other words, in his role as a world-class investigative columnist and author, Dr. Jerome Corsi has already been doing "the job that President Bush won't do." The smart thing to do is elect Dr. Corsi, so that he can undo the SPP that the Republicans apparently conspired (even with foreign organizations) to implement behind our backs for much longer than we knew. ![]() Dr. Jerome R. Corsi Image source: WorldNetDaily The architect of the Republican implosion is President Bush, not Dr. Corsi, nor Congressman Ron Paul, MD. (I'm a long-time fan of Dr. Paul. But, out of Republican loyalty, he chose not to run on the Constitution Party line. Now, the GOP is ignoring him into oblivion.) Republican loyalists cannot write off Dr. Corsi as some Left-wing attack dog, because Dr. Corsi took out Bush's biggest opponent in the last election. The Republicans cannot blame the Constitution Party for their woes, although some have tried. Some in the Republican Party think that actor Fred Thompson can save their party, but he has too much Bush-globalist baggage, as do many of the people close to Mr. Thompson. Like the storm in the Book of Jonah, it seems that the only way for the Republicans to save their party would be to throw President Bush overboard. (But, what would happen to them if they tried?) Even party loyalist Fred Thompson recently made a speech, at the annual Prescott Bush dinner , without using the words 'George Bush'! (As Nashville Republican syndicated talk-radio host Phil Valentine put it last week, the only way for a Republican candidate to win the next election is to "run against Bush.") ![]() Image source: WorldNetDaily Money can no longer save the Republican Party. (It never really could. It only prolonged the agony for loyal conservatives.) Jim Clymer, chairman of the Constitution Party, describes the misguided loyalties of conservative Republicans as "battered voter syndrome." As a recent WND letter writer put it, remembering Ronald Reagan, "He said he didn't leave the Democrats; they left him. Well, the Republican Party hasn't left us. They've kicked us out." (Letter titled " This is the thanks we get," Sat, 02 Jun 2007.) In their misguided quest to become "all things to all people," the Republican leaders have shamefully abandoned the very people that put them in power. The difference between a battered wife staying with her abusive husband, and abused voters staying with the Republican Party is that, in the domestic version, only one person's life is at stake. If too many voters cling to the sinking Republican ship, then our whole country is in jeopardy. In the interests of full disclosure, I am the state PR coordinator for the Constitution Party of Tennessee, and was (until recently) the director of operations for the National Veterans Coalition. That is the group that is encouraging Dr. Jerome Corsi to run for president. Tom Kovach lives near Nashville, is a former USAF Blue Beret, and has written for several online publications. | Dear Friend, President Bush's father, a political operative and member of the Trilateral Commission, repeatedly talked about the New World Order and the Rule of Law that was necessary to bring it to pass. The Rule of Law he spoke of was that which emanates from the United Nations, not that of the United States. Now a lame-duck president, Bush's chosen legacy is becoming apparent: That he built his father's New World Order even though it is overwhelmingly against the will of the people. That's why you should read our latest Commentary... When President Bush was first elected in 2000, I predicted that he would exit the presidency as the most unpopular and disliked president in the history of the United States. Unfortunately, and I take no pleasure in making such a prediction in the first place, he is well down that path. America is in jeopardy.
